How quickly will I receive my first commission?
Commissions are paid monthly. Your first payout lands within 30 days of your customer's first successful invoice cycle. For customers on annual prepay we pay the full year's commission in the first cycle.
What support do I get for technical deployments?
Every Strategic partner gets a named partner success manager. We run joint discovery calls with your prospect, provide pre-sales engineering for complex deployments, and our delivery team handles the heavy lifting on integrations (Tally, ERPNext, IndiaMart, WhatsApp Business API, custom APIs).
Can I sell ZIVUX outside India?
Yes — we have an active international reseller programme for the GCC (UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) with localised pricing in OMR, AED, SAR and USD. Multi-currency invoicing, India-region or GCC-region data hosting, and Arabic language support are all available.
Is there an upfront cost or fee to join?
No. Joining the ZIVUX partner programme is free at every tier. There are no certification fees, no minimum monthly quotas, no upfront platform fees. You earn from your first sale.
Can I bundle ZIVUX with my own services?
Absolutely — and most successful partners do. You can package ZIVUX licences with your implementation services, custom integrations, training, BPO and ongoing support. You set your services pricing, we honour our recurring commission on the SaaS licence.
What's the deal protection window?
Registered leads are protected for 90 days from registration. If you register a lead through the partner portal, no other partner — and no ZIVUX direct sales rep — can pursue that account during the protection window. Renewals are protected for the life of the customer account.
Do I need to be GST-registered?
For partners in India, GST registration is required for commission payouts above ₹20 lakh per financial year (the standard GST threshold). Below that, we can pay against a declaration. International partners invoice us under the SEZ / export-of-services framework, no GST applicable.
How do I track my leads and commissions?
Every active partner gets login access to our partner portal — register deals in 60 seconds, see real-time pipeline status, track commission accruals month-over-month, download tax invoices for payouts, and access co-branded marketing material. Mobile-first, works on phones.
