This cookie policy explains how ZIVUX.AI ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on zivux.ai and its subdomains ("Site"). It is a companion to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — non-essential cookies are denied by default until you explicitly accept them on the cookie banner.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device. We also use related technologies — local storage, session storage, pixel tags and SDKs — and refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy. Cookies can be first-party (set by zivux.ai) or third-party (set by services we embed, like Google reCAPTCHA or Razorpay).

When marketing cookies are denied (default), we use Google's Consent Mode v2 — pings still fire but with no identifiers, so totals are anonymised at Google's end. Nothing is written to your browser until you accept.
3. Your choices
- Accept All on the cookie banner — analytics + marketing cookies activate.
- Reject Non-Essential — only the strictly-necessary cookies in §2.1 and the functional cookies in §2.2 (which are loaded only when you actually use a form or signup) are set. The site works fully.
- Customise — choose category-by-category. Your choice persists in
cookie_consentfor 12 months. - Browser controls — most browsers let you delete cookies, block third-party cookies entirely, or browse in private mode. Doing so will not break ZIVUX, but you may lose your country / language / theme preferences and have to log in again on the admin console.
- Withdraw consent at any time — click the small "Cookie settings" link in our footer to re-open the banner.
4. International transfers
Some third-party cookies are set by US-based services (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). Those transfers are governed by the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Privacy Framework certifications. Razorpay and Cloudflare also operate outside India for some functions. ZIVUX itself stores all primary data in India (Mumbai region) by default.
5. Do Not Track
We honour the Sec-GPC Global Privacy Control header. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a signal to deny analytics + marketing categories regardless of your prior banner choice.
6. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly set advertising or analytics cookies on devices we believe are operated by minors.
7. Changes to this policy
If we add new cookies or change durations materially, we update this page and bump the "Effective" date at the top. Significant changes — like adding a new category — re-trigger the consent banner.
