The problem we set out to solve

Walk into any growing Indian SME — a 30-person manufacturing distributor, a 12-person legal firm, a 25-person retail chain — and you'll see the same pattern. Sales runs on three Excel sheets and one big WhatsApp group. Customer history lives in someone's personal inbox. The owner spends Saturday mornings asking "what happened with that Surat lead from last month?" and nobody quite knows.

The "solutions" most SMEs are pitched are wrong-sized. Salesforce and HubSpot are built for enterprises with admin teams and six-figure annual budgets. The free tools are too thin to run real revenue on. The Indian alternatives often charge per user — which sounds fine until your team grows to 25 and your CRM bill is suddenly bigger than your hosting bill.

We've built CRM and ERP for a multi-country logistics customer, a global IT services partner, an analytics customer, an ERPNext customer, Best Power Equipments and dozens of other companies. Across every engagement, the same patterns kept showing up. So we packaged the patterns into a product. That's ZIVUX.

What we believe

Value over delivery. Shipping a feature isn't the goal. Customers actually getting value from it is. We measure ourselves by usage, not feature count.

Engineering empathy. Most SaaS is built by engineers who've never run a sales team. Our product team has — across our services arm, we've watched hundreds of sales reps actually use software. We build for them, not for our own demos.

Clarity in chaos. SMEs run lean. Their CRM has to make sense in five minutes, not five weeks of training. If a feature requires a Loom video to explain, we redesign it.

Integrity in execution. We don't lock customers in with proprietary formats or cancellation gymnastics. Your data is yours. Export it any time, leave any time. We earn the renewal.

Future readiness. CRM is moving from system-of-record to system-of-action. AI agents will draft your follow-ups, summarise your calls, score your pipeline. We're building toward that future, not just digitising the past.

About Proeffico

Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd is the parent company behind ZIVUX. We're roughly 55–60 people, headquartered in Noida, with active client engagements across India, Egypt and Oman. We're ISO 27001:2022 certified — the same security standard that BFSI and enterprise procurement teams require.

We're a profitable, founder-led company. We don't need to ship features for the next funding round. We ship them because customers ask for them.

Why "ZIVUX"?

The name combines "Ziv" (Hebrew for radiance, brightness) with "UX" (user experience). It's a small reminder of what we're building toward: software that's a pleasure to use, that lights up the parts of your business that have been opaque for too long. The .AI is intentional — every roadmap line item from 2026 onward includes an AI assist layer.

Where we're going

Three commitments for the next 18 months:

• AI-first by default. Auto-summarisation of calls, AI-drafted follow-ups, intelligent lead scoring, churn prediction. Embedded into the workflow, not bolted on.
• Industry verticals. Pre-configured editions for manufacturing distributors, hospitality, real estate, retail chains and professional services. Less configuration, more out-of-the-box value.
• Middle East and SE Asia. A Dubai-based entity launches in late 2026 to serve Oman, UAE, Qatar and KSA customers. Followed by Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam.

The team

We're a tight, multi-disciplinary team across product, engineering, design, sales and customer success. Every Grow and Scale customer gets a named consultant — and that consultant is empowered to escalate directly to the founders if you're stuck. There is no "support tier 1 / tier 2" wall to climb.
